We just had her two-month checkup, and Cora broke the 10lb. barrier! She's slightly heavier than Petra was at this age, and considering that she was a pound smaller at birth, it's all the more amazing. She's no longer the wrinkly, delicate newborn, and already feels more robust (just look at those arm rolls!). She also is so much more interactive, smiling all the time, and cooing at her mobile and toys. Still strong, too - she can lift her head really high when she's on her belly, and even showed signs of starting to roll over! (eek)
Cousin Karen just sent a beautiful soft cotton rug for her, which provided a good excuse for a little photo shoot.
